I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hanoi Pearl Hotel, where the location near Hoan Kiem Lake was unbeatable. The staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Junie, who always had a smile and was incredibly helpful. While the breakfast buffet was decent, it could use more variety in fruits and baked goods. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return.
